My Approach

I believe in providing a safe and interactive environment for my clients to delve into their thoughts and emotions. Through collaboration, I assist them in overcoming obstacles and uncovering their inner strength. I offer support and guidance to help clients reach their goals and start living the life they desire.

My Experience

Over the past ten years, I have worked with a diverse range of clients in my private practice. My practice consists of families, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I have a lot of experience working with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. It is rewarding to witness the growth and progress of my clients as they work towards healing and self-discovery.

My career began in a juvenile hall, where I provided therapy and support to young individuals navigating the complexities of the criminal justice system. This experience taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and understanding when working with at-risk youth. In addition, I have experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and marginalized communities. This experience has deepened my understanding of the impact of social determinants on mental health and the importance of culturally competent care.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to promoting mental health and wellness for all individuals, regardless of their background or circumstances. I believe in the power of therapy to facilitate healing, growth, and empowerment, and I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their full potential.
