My Approach

I take a holistic approach to therapy rooted in compassion, authenticity, transparency, and empathy. I prioritize helping clients feel safe, heard, and genuinely seen throughout our work together. To me, meaningful change begins when we slow down and become present. I may incorporate mindfulness practices such as meditation and breathwork, while also exploring the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the body. My work may include inner child healing, trauma processing through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and supporting clients in developing a more grounded and connected sense of self.

I strive to meet clients where they are, while gently encouraging them to challenge patterns that may no longer serve them. I believe the relationship we have with ourselves shapes how we experience the world, and together, we can work toward cultivating greater self-awareness, compassion, and authenticity.

My Experience

My professional work is deeply informed by my own lived experience with mental health and healing. Several years ago, I began a more intentional journey of self-discovery—learning to reconnect with myself beyond life’s conditioning and cultivate a more grounded, conscious way of living.

Since 2020, I have worked in the mental health field as a case manager, traveling mental health blog writer, child and family therapist intern, and now as an associate therapist supporting primarily adults and couples. I often work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, complex PTSD (C-PTSD), attachment wounds, and painful past relationships, who are seeking deeper, more meaningful healing. Through both my personal and professional experiences, I’ve come to believe that meaningful change happens when we create space, slow down, and allow what’s beneath the surface to emerge.

It is a privilege to walk alongside individuals who are willing to explore all parts of themselves. I feel deeply grateful to hold space for this work and to witness the resilience, growth, and transformation that can emerge through the therapeutic process. If this approach resonates with you, I’d be so honored to connect.
